Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the NEXA Silay City DRRM platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NEXA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
2. Use License
This platform is provided for disaster risk reduction and management purposes. Users are permitted to access information for personal safety and community preparedness. Commercial use or redistribution of NEXA intelligence data without authorization is prohibited.
3. User Conduct
Users must provide accurate information when registering. Spreading false alarms or misinformation through the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable laws (e.g., PD 1727).
4. System Availability
While we strive for 100% uptime, NEXA availability may be affected by extreme conditions or maintenance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during catastrophic events that disable regional infrastructure.
